About Victor Citroën — AI consultant and AI Product & Delivery Lead in Zürich

I build and ship technology that has to work under real-world load — a Volkswagen dealer-operations platform running across 200+ sites, International Trucks' uptime and compliance tooling, and a USD 500K-funded game studio I ran as COO. The constant has been ownership of the entire arc: discovery, architecture, the team, the build, the launch, and the commercial result.

Today that work points entirely at AI. I'm hands-on across Python, n8n, Docker and API / JSON pipelines, and I sit where strategy, GDPR-compliant deployment and commercial delivery meet — currently going deep on Palantir Foundry & AIP, building ontology-driven data pipelines and operational AI workflows. Not the engineer buried in the codebase; the operator who makes sure the whole system ships, safely, and earns its keep.

SAGE Jr.

A GDPR-compliant AI support system for a Dutch managed-service provider. It ingests support tickets, redacts personal data locally, and drafts responses through Claude with confidence-based routing — auto, draft-for-review, or escalate.

I'm delivering it as Product Owner — sole owner of the architecture and GDPR design — driving an AI-assisted build end to end across an 11-phase roadmap.
